Lindsey is a passionate and dedicated mental health counselor currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. With a solid foundation in marketing, having earned a Bachelor's degree from The Art Institute, Lindsey brings a unique perspective to the counseling field. Drawing on a diverse skill set from both business and mental health, Lindsey is committed to fostering a compassionate, empathetic environment for clients to explore their challenges. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults.

As a counselor, Lindsey strives to create a safe and welcoming space that honors and respects each individual's unique experiences. Lindsey believes that healing begins with trust and strives to build strong, supportive relationships that empower clients to move forward at their own pace.

 Born and raised in Arizona, Lindsey is deeply connected to the local community. Outside of work, Lindsey is a proud mom of two teenage boys and enjoys staying active through reading, traveling, and focusing on personal health and wellness.
