Haley approaches therapeutic work with an unwavering belief in the innate strength of every unique individual. Haley’s professional philosophy includes the belief that all parts of our Self have purpose and value, and when we can learn to show up for those parts with curiosity and compassion, we can experience deep healing.
Haley earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University after studying Fitness and Wellness and later earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College. Haley’s educational and professional background have served to inform the holistic lens through which she views the pursuit of wellness. Haley has clinical experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults seeking support for experiences including but not limited to anxiety and depression, relationship struggles, parenting struggles, self-esteem and self-identity work, grief and loss processing, chronic illness/pain and health anxiety, and trauma-related struggles.
Haley’s therapeutic process is driven by a client-centered, strengths-focused, and compassionate approach to growth and healing. In addition to this, Haley integrates CBT, DBT, parts work, existential and humanistic concepts into therapy work. Regardless of the specific interventions and approaches used, Haley’s ultimate priority is to meet every individual where they are, offer genuine presence and authentic support, and create a therapeutic space that feels safe and welcoming for all.
