Jamie is a Licensed Profession Counselor who is committed to helping her clients gain satisfaction in their lives. Jamie has the unique ability to quickly identify dysfunctional thought and behavior patterns. Once these patterns are known, solution-focused, DBT and cognitive behavioral techniques can be used to elicit change. 

 Jamie has had great success in working with young adults and adults.  She has experience and specialized training in working with depression, anxiety, OCD, women’s issues and self-esteem issues. Jamie values a strong therapeutic relationship to help create personal growth. Using motivational interviewing and other techniques, Jamie helps create the necessary desire for change. 

 Jamie received her Bachelor’s degree from ASU and her Masters in Counseling. She is inspired through creative outlets and her ultimate joy is spending time with her family and two daughters. .
