Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in public health, with an emphasis in health education and promotion, from Brigham Young University Idaho. She is currently completing her master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in abuse, trauma, and deprivation, from Ottawa University. She is passionate about personal development and helping others in their journeys towards growth, over all well-being, and fulfillment. Stephanie is dedicated to serving her community and has spent the past several years as a 5th grade teacher to some of the most amazing humans, delighting to watch as their understanding deepens, and they discover their own interests and passions. She has served children, youth, and women in her communities throughout her life, in various capacities. She wants to help more children, individuals, couples, and families in their pursuit of healing, peace, and thriving, and has developed the skills and experience necessary to do so.
Stephanie’s favorite role, and the one that has taught her the most, has been as a mother for the past 20 years, and now as a new grandma. She has four incredible children, one wonderful daughter-in-law, and has welcomed bright foreign exchange students from Brasil, France, and Mexico into her home at various times. Stephanie loves all things nature, outdoors, and being active. She especially loves beach volleyball. A nurturer by nature, she loves animals, especially dogs. Her favorite pup is a certified therapy dog and may be found hanging out with her during sessions.
